Samples

I only have a small sample of 100x100mm, can you make a full-size sample according to it?

Yes, this is part of our daily work.

How many days does it take to finish a sample?

Normally within 7 days, except for periods during the Chinese New Year.

Production

Which sizes can you produce?

300x300, 300x600, 600x600, 150x900, 450x900, 200x1200, 600x1200, etc.

What kinds of finishes can you provide?

Polished, matt, honed, structured, grip.

I have requirements on anti-slippery, can you do it?

Yes, normally we produce tiles from R9 to R11(EU standard), and also P2 to P5(Australia standard). We test anti-slippery rate of the tile every time, both before and after production. If you have any other requirements on the anti-slippery rate or standard, please let us know.

What is the MOQ?

Generally 500sqm for bulk orders, but mockup production as low as 10sqm is also supported.

How about the Lead time for bulk order?

30 days upon receiving deposit. But if the goods are needed urgently, we will try to find out a solution.
